CORRELATION OF THE INTERNAL QUALITY AND WORK COMMITMENT IN HEALTH SERVICES: A QUESTIONNAIRE SURVEY AMONG GREEK NURSES Gogos C, PT, MSc., Itskara K,  RN, MSc., Itskara E, RN ABSTRACT Objective : The goal of this study, concerning the Greek public hospital for the first time, was to explore the work commitment of the nursing staff and the level of the perceiving internal quality of the provided services. Furthermore, the survey attempted to imprint the correlation between the factors of the perceiving internal quality and the occupational commitment. Methodology : This cross-sectional study has been designed in order to explore the correlation of the above mentioned perceiving internal quality with the work commitment by choosing as subjects of the survey, nurses from two regional hospitals of northern Greece.
