THE HUMAN RECOURSE MANAGEMENT IN PRIVATE HEALTH SECTOR. A NURSING PARADIGM

ABSTRACT
The exploitation of human potential, as in each organization, thus and in the health care organization, constitutes essential condition of efficiency requiring simultaneously permanent education and cost. The sufficiency, the quality and the rational exploitation of workers are basic resultant of health care organization effectiveness.
The direct interrelation of health care employment, with the level of services and the citizens health, seated and planning of human potential, as main process in the management of human resources in health services. Process via which the essential in number and qualifications personnel is determined, so that their objectives are achieved. Having planned effectively the needs in human potential and developed the candidates attracting methods, those who, not simply will stuff a place, but will contribute to the organization’s competitiveness, are selected. The training and evaluation of workers are consolidated in bases of choice. Analyzing and appreciating the needs that emerge, educational programs are materialized with the suitable preparation, in direct interrelation with the work object for the simultaneous personnel growth. The workers evaluation functions complementarily in the training process. The weaknesses and their powerful points are located, aiming at the maintenance of satisfactory level output and fair wage.
